Simon, the owner, demonstrated commendable efforts to reduce plastic waste in the B&B.

Parking can be a bit tricky in the area.

The location was good and fab, in the heart of the village, convenient to go everywhere. Before bed I went to Mount Stewart Hotel for a nightcap, it's not very far from the venue.

Having free WiFi and coffee in my well presented room was really great. The view of the sea from the window was stunningly beautiful. Location: the hotel was right by restaurant, the bars and restaurants and Portpatrick for two nights.

Absolutely positively shocked by the 'beautiful' so-called room. We got the dankest ground-level eyesore. The kettle barely fit under the tap! Breakfast was an afterthought, no fruit or juice in sight! Just one egg? I expected at least complimentary treats for my presence here but no, a shame really, i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The Beautiful Double Room features a shower that was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated having a kettle in the room, although it was a bit challenging to fill under the tap in the ensuite.

Expectations fell short with the view from the room, as it overlooked a log stack and weeds instead of the scenic vistas promised. Breakfast lacked variety. Only cereal was available initially and the portions were minimal-just one egg, one slice of bacon, and one sausage weren't enough to justify the cost. The glass containers for tea bags and sugar were not user-friendly, and there weren't any wrapped treats to enjoy .

Cathy and Simon are super cute. The room was comfy, clean, and had amazing views. Breakfast was a highlight with homemade sourdough bread. I couldn't ask for a better stay. We'll definitely be back 😊

The room was immaculate, and I appreciated the lovely view. Despite the fantastic weather, the breakfast was disappointing, lacking in variety and portion size. The kettle in the room was awkward to fill, made making tea inconvenient.

Family with children will love this place

The host was very cute as soon as we got there, it. The breakfast was a feast, both vegetarian and non-veg options done perfectly, you can really taste the care that went into it

We loved staying in our spacious room with amazing views of the cliffs and seafront. The kids enjoyed playing nearby while my wife and I took in the scenery. Plus, we explored the lovely local golf course, perfect for a family outing.

My wife says that the parking situation could be a bit tricky with little ones around.

The lovely B&B is spotlessly clean. Simon's attention to detail is excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, with homemade options and good quality ingredients. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful seafront and local eateries.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and fresh milk for tea was a nice surprise. Parking a hassle.

Cathy and Simon. The bed was comfy, and I loved the fresh milk they provided. The homemade shortbread was such a nice surprise! Our only issue was the parking. It's a bit of a squeeze, especially during peak hours. But honestly, it was a lovely stay overall!
